Fingers Crossed...

I don't know what I want to write here today, but I just knew I had to write ... so here I am.

As I move further I found myself debating much more about this situation its not that I am afraid to give this a shot, but I am not getting the vibes where I see reciprocal of my feelings.

I would never want this only my way, a life that moves 'our way' is always something that I have dreamt of.
I am waiting for the signal from God. Are you listening rabb ji??

BTW I used some Japanese words today and I really felt that my life is maybe getting along the flow, ain't that good? :) As its said if you want something that you never had, you have to do something that you never did ... (I hope this phrase works for me as well) (fingers crossed).

Just plans ...

Its a little more over a month that I have have come back from my vacation and again I feel like I need another trip.... Am I lazy or am I greedy???? Phewwww am just sleepy ;) (while writing this my clock shows its 00:43)

Not enough sleep and so much of restlessness, additionally I am the kinds who never wants to skip a single thing that comes up ....  I want to go to the gym, do the everyday managing of my room (still its always a mess),  allow my brother a good break(which means I need to be more at my sr), work at sr with every little details possible....  when I come home I want to have my little time with Brownie and my goldu & goldie fishes ... get back to the room ... and now I feel its time for ME... wooppsss but the clock shows its already 10.30  shall I not sleep and catch up with my rest? but then I ask what did I do for myself (as if I did the gym for my invisible friend) or may be I dint style up myself for half an hour (almost everyday)... still I complain I do nothing for myself.

I guess I need to relax  a little, catch up with good sleep and plan things that I REALLY want to do... And as of now  the only thing that comes to my mind is my studies ... though its always on my mind but I still haven't given any of my semester assignments or exams.. well may be now its time that I should SERIOUSLY start it up ...

And then I think of those little pretty silly things I like to do instead nail art, DIY projects, my pretty scrap book(Ill be soon posting pictures of it, keep a watch), cooking, writing, and I must not forget to including my novels ... I have been missing reading since good time but then the only reason I din't buy any more novels now so that I don't add more to my hectic schedule ... I would rather want to study my business studies books ....

God please (koi chamatkaar kardo) help me get back to my studies ....

Chocolate Truffles.

This blog took some time to get posted.... But no more delays and here is my chocolaty blog :D

I made some chocolate truffles for my family though I never did attend any chocolate making classes, its one of my friends who inspired me from her basic chocolate making skill which she taught me without any hesitation.

With google as a great gift I explored the chocolate making world, also bought some cookery books (not that everything helped) but it certainly helped me brushing the basic skills.
And this one is the easiest also one of the tried and tasted recipe. It can win you applauds from your folks.
So go ahead try it and treat your family & friends.

Ingredients
260 grams - grated chocolate
1/2 cup - heavy cream
1 tbsp - unsalted butter (optional)
2 tbsp - liquor (or) 1 tbsp coffee diluted in 1 tbsp water
5 tbsp - cocoa powder for coating
handful of roasted almonds (optional)

Method
Step 1 : - Grate the chocolate nicely in a MB (microwave bowl)
Step 2 : - Put the cream in a pan and heat it at slow flame add butter (optional)
Step 3 : - As the pan corner starts turning brown, its the hint that your cream is ready (do not boil it)
Step 4: -  Pour the cream on the grated chocolate and keep stirring for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 5: -  Now add the liquor (or diluted coffee)
Step 6 : - Use a spoon and keep stirring at good speed until the mixture blends nicely. If you find lumps in
the mixture, place it in the microwave for few minutes. The mixture needs to blend in smoothly
               (shown in the picture below)

Step 7 : - Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
Step 8 : - Remove the mixture from the fridge, its solid enough to make small balls of any shape that you
want you. Also you can set a piece of roasted almond to every chocolate ball you make.
Step 9 : - As you make balls place it in a plate with cocoa powder and shake the plate as the balls will roll in
               it and get coated automatically.
Keep the Chocolate truffle balls in the fridge for 15 minutes (just to get set with the shape).

Happy chocolate making all.

Finally I relocate HERE

With so much of struggling thoughts, I finally planned my new blogging page HERE J
I felt I was losing the track of my random thoughts which I had enjoyed re-reading. I am not sure if this place will keep me in touch with my old blog world buddies. But this one surely is an effort for both penning my thoughts and get the old blogging gang together (fingers crossed).
From last two days am trying so hard to import my own blogs which I shifted from Y!360 to multiply but unfortunately I am not able to, which means I have to forget them and get on going with this new place.

I look forward for finding my lost blogging interest. And I know I am here now not to leave J

June:

Waiting for rains to come and wash away the summer heat and dust from the streets and trees... Everything would be so green and new.
